My name is Kaitlin Kiernan and I was born and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia (about 20 minutes north of Atlanta). I am a Sports Journalism major with a minor in Marketing at Auburn University..I played volleyball at a high level throughout high school, but within the last few years, I have discovered my love for fitness and healthy living. Not only have I discovered my passion for health and fitness, but I have also found out more about what I want to do with my career, which is working with any sports team, organization or any type of news and social media or marketing company. I recently started working for the Premier Lacrosse League on their social media team as an intern and hope to acquire a full time position with the league after my internship period! I am the former Digital Media intern for the Auburn Athletics Department. My main responsibility was managing the official Auburn Athletics Instagram account and during my time as an intern for Auburn I created the on court/field Instagram stories for all of the athletic teams pages, like football, basketball, baseball, gymnastics, and more. I also have created detailed analytics reports for my supervisor, and many daily tasks. My work has given me the opportunity to share my work with people around the country, as I competed in the Instagram Student Section Competition this past basketball season, that was sadly cut short by COVID-19. I have also been in contention for prestigious internships with ESPN, Turner Sports and CBS Sports, which all were cancelled due to COVID-19 as well.

My goal with this website is to not only work on creating my own content and share my work, but also give a glimpse into my passions and have this be a place that represents more than what you can just find on a resumé.
